What you will learn
- How a fast-growing E-commerce logistics start-up operates
- Hands-on experience working within the Operations and Fleet Management Functions
- Challenges of balancing delivery capacity with demand, and how to manage it
- Data analysis to solve problems and drive operational decisions
- Generation of key documents and deliverables as required by department management
- Planning, scheduling and implementation of plans for fleet operations
- Project management and coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, compliance to standards and maintenance of monitoring programs
- Identify and process potential process abuses, non-compliance to SOPs and adherence to service standards
- Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer service, shipper support, sales support, staff fleet personnel and all other relevant parties
- Ensure smooth day to day operations and upholding of monitoring and control system
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve by rationally breaking down problems and conceptualizing solutions
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a bonus
- Able to commit from Aug 2022 - Dec 2022 (PT/FT) or Dec 2022 - Apr 2023 (PT/FT)
