What you will learn

    • Hands-on experience working within the Operations and Fleet Management Functions
    • Challenges of balancing delivery capacity with demand, and how to manage it
    • Data analysis to solve problems and drive operational decisions
Responsibilities
    • Generation of key documents and deliverables as required by department management
    • Planning, scheduling and implementation of plans for fleet operations
    • Project management and coordination
    • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, compliance to standards and maintenance of monitoring programs
    • Identify and process potential process abuses, non-compliance to SOPs and adherence to service standards
    • Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer service, shipper support, sales support, staff fleet personnel and all other relevant parties
    • Ensure smooth day to day operations and upholding of monitoring and control system
Requirements
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to problem solve by rationally breaking down problems and conceptualizing solutions
    • Highly motivated and willing to learn
    • Can-do attitude
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a bonus
    • Able to commit from Aug 2022 - Dec 2022 (PT/FT) or Dec 2022 - Apr 2023 (PT/FT)
